Clients will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for any no-show appointments or cancellations/ reschedules within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. All services are non refundable. Should you be unhappy with your hair after your services or need a tweak, please reach out within 2 days of your appointment for a fix. I will do my best to get you scheduled in a timely manner, free of charge. Should you change your mind about the look you were going for, that will be an additional cost as it is not a redo.
